Dead or Alive 6

It really is slim pickings for Xbox One owners when it comes to games with heavily suggestive sexy and sexual themes, but thankfully for those thirsty for it, but are without a PC there are games like Dead or Alive 6 that come through in the clutch. Dead or Alive 6 is a fighting game through and through but there is a ton of fanservice, exaggerated physics when it comes to the female character’s bodies, and sexy outfits to customize your characters with. In fact, collecting sexy outfits and dressing up your characters to see them fight in the way that’s most visually appealing to you is arguably just as important a part of the game as anything else. Fanservice is a heavy part of the Dead or Alive 6 experience and fortunately for fans of it, the game lives up to the franchise’s legacy of it. Plus on top of all that, it’s a pretty solid fighting game worth playing through.
Agony

OK so unlike the other games on this list, Agony is quite a bad game. We didn’t enjoy it at all at release, and even patches that have fixed some of the problems still doesn’t fix what is ultimately a flawed experience. That said, if you’re looking for games with extreme violent and sexual imagery, Agony definitely fits that bill. The game is set in the worst possible version of hell where everything sucks, there’s torture all over, and demons hunt you down to kill you all over again if you’re doing anything other than suffering. While sex isn’t the driving force behind the gameplay (it’s mostly crappy stealth sections) there is sex intertwined with horror throughout the game and it’s certainly a game that’s designed for adults, that’s for sure. Keep in mind the Unrated version is limited to PC, so if you’re still interested in playin Agony despite our warnings, and also have a PC, that might be the better route.
The Witcher 3

The Witcher 3 isn’t an adult/sexual game in the traditional sense. It’s not all about having sex… but Geralt definitely likes sex and he will be very happy and willing to have it if you play your cards right throughout the game’s massive campaign. You have romance options in The Witcher 3 and you’re rewarded with M-rated (but not AO) sex scenes with some of the finest looking woman in all of the Northern Realms. And honestly, most importantly, The Witcher 3 is a once in a generation game that will keep you busy for hundreds of hours if you want it to last that long. The adult and sexual content is just the icing on the top for you if you’re looking for games like that on Xbox One.
Grand Theft Auto V

Grand Theft Auto is the OG of modern mainstream sexually explicit games on home consoles. Grand Theft Auto V doesn’t shy away from its past, and includes typical sexual situations in both the campaign and free play. For example, you’re first introduced to Trevor by watching him have sex with the former girlfriend of Lost and Damned hero Johnny K who Trevor then proceeds to murder shortly after. Rough exit for Johnny K. There’s of course reoccurring elements such as prostitutes and strip clubs which you can experience alongside a friend in Grand Theft Auto Online if you want. Like The Witcher 3, Grand Theft Auto V is a great Xbox One game with plenty of mature and adult situations, even if they aren’t necessarily the focus like games you would find on PC.
Dragon Age: Inquisition

Finally we arrive at Dragon Age: Inquisition. Once again, the Xbox One is really light when it comes to explicitly sexual and adult games, but Dragon Age: Inquisition does have a healthy amount of romance options that include both heterosexual and homosexual options which especially at the time, was quite rare. Throughout your time in the campaign, you’ll build relationships with your party members and other characters in the game’s world, and you can tailor your experience by choosing someone to ultimately become intimate with similar to other BioWare games that have included this feature like Mass Effect. That does it for our list of the best adult games on Xbox One. While there aren’t a ton of them, there are a few options at least and most are really great games, if not the adult content you’re looking for.
